Truman Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center

Truman Healthcare is a 120 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility.  We also accept most managed care insurance plans such as United Healthcare, Coventry, Humana, etc.  Our facility offers 24-hour professional care and accepts weekend admissions. We offer cable, wireless internet services and a full beauty shop with a licensed beautician in the facility.  Transportation is always available for appointments.  When your therapy stay is complete, our social services department will assist you with discharge planning and your transition back to the community.   Please call 417-682-5718 for more information.  Tours are available and welcome 7 days a week.  So feel free to stop by for a visit any time!
